Why Exercises or Sport are a Must?

Taking in fewer calories than you use
is helpful in losing weight but it's not
the whole story.

To effectively lose weight and to stay
healthy you need to participate in
exercises or sports.

Regular daily exercise provides the
energy your body needs to perform at
its peak.

Proper diet and exercise can help you
feel better and can even help control
some diseases such as diabetes and
arthritis.

There are many types of exercises to
choose from.

If you prefer to exercise at home you
can try yoga, tai chi, walking or cycling.

Some people stay better focused when
they exercise in a group.

Try taking a class at your local gym or
recreation center.
